Five ways to buy.
Start with a 48-hour supervised pilot.
Every tier delivers the same output quality: traceable findings, code citations, human-supervised sign-off. The tiers differ in volume, turnaround, and how tightly SpecSense is woven into your team's workflow.

Pilot cost is credited to your first project pack.
Run a supervised pilot for £750–£1,500 to prove SpecSense on a real deliverable. If you move to a project pack within 60 days, the full pilot cost is applied as credit. You do not pay twice. Enterprise conversions apply the same credit rule to the first quarter of seat fees.
Before you talk to procurement.
Do you offer a free trial?
No, but the supervised pilot is credited in full to your first project pack. If you convert within 60 days, you have paid zero net for the pilot. That is deliberately better than a free trial: it forces a real deliverable through the process.
Can we run a proof-of-value on redacted documents?
Yes. Many customers start by sending redacted P&IDs or spec sections. We happily do the pilot on redacted deliverables. Redaction does not reduce the sign-off quality — it reduces the specificity of the finding, not our confidence in it.
Who signs the findings?
A Chartered Engineer, named on the report. On pilot and project-pack tiers, this is typically the founder (Kingsley Uzowulu, CEng MIMechE, 21 years). Enterprise tier assigns a named engineer per discipline.
What if we do not agree with a finding?
Every finding cites its evidence — code clause, drawing location, calculation basis. If you disagree, we will re-check within one review cycle at no cost. If the finding turns out to be a false positive, we log it and the check library improves for everyone.
Do you replace our discipline leads?
No, and we will not sell you that pitch. SpecSense catches the mechanical, high-volume checks so your discipline leads spend their time on the judgement calls only they can make. Think capacity multiplier, not headcount replacement.
How is billing handled on Team and Enterprise tiers?
Team tier: monthly Stripe invoice, GBP or USD, 14-day terms. Enterprise: annual PO, GBP/USD/EUR/AED, 30-day terms, VAT compliant per jurisdiction. UK Ltd invoicing via KU Automation Engineering Ltd; alternative billing entities on request.
Where is our data hosted?
EU-region by default (Frankfurt compute, London storage). UK, EU, or UAE residency available on Team and Enterprise tiers. See the Security page for the full posture.
Can I cancel a Team workspace mid-contract?
Team workspaces are rolling monthly with 30-day notice. There are no minimum-term traps. Enterprise contracts are annual with a standard 90-day termination-for-convenience clause.
