You will not find a table on this page that says “saves 87% of review time” with a footnote citing an internal survey of 12 people. Every benchmark SpecSense publishes is run on a real deliverable, by a real engineer, with a documented comparison baseline.

The anonymous case below is illustrative of what the process produces. If you want numbers you can actually use — run a benchmark on your own deliverable.

Finding: Datasheet states NPSHR but the suction system calculation (minimum liquid level, static head, vapour pressure, friction losses) is absent from the package. API 610 §6.1.3.2 requires NPSHA to be confirmed ≥ NPSHR + 0.6 m margin at all operating cases including minimum-suction scenario.
Recommended action: EPC to provide suction system hydraulic calculation confirming NPSHA ≥ NPSHR + 0.6 m at minimum level and maximum flow. If margin is insufficient, re-vendor or revise system design.
